Wilma Virginia Milligan Halliburton, age 89, of Paducah, passed away Wednesday, July 11, 2018, 3:33 p.m., at Parkview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Paducah.

She was a member of Ninth Street Church of Christ and was a former dietician at the Union City Nursing Home in Union City, TN.

She is survived by three sons, William T. Milligan of Morena Valley, CA, Danny T. Forrest of South Bend, IN and Kevin D. Milligan of Fort Hood, TX; one daughter, Shirley J. Amos of Paducah; ten grandchildren; several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; two sisters, Lillie M Jones and Lila M. Johnson, both of Los Angeles, CA; one brother, Joe Milligan of South Bend, IN; one aunt; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Emmanuel Milligan and Maggie M. Armstrong Milligan; her husband, Lewis Halliburton; one son, Harold W. Milligan; two sisters and one brother.

Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, July 21, 2018, 12:00 noon at the Ninth Street Church of Christ with Mark Rowe officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery in Greenfield, TN.

Friends may also call on the family at the church on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.
