Williams S. Johnson, 81 fondly known as Billy to family and friends of Paducah, Kentucky passed away peacefully at Parkview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.  He surrendered himself to the arms of the Lord and is at peace.

At the request of the family, there will be no visitation or service.
