Obituary

Wanna Paul Cantrell, 83, Paducah, formerly of Kennett, Missouri, died, Sunday, January 15, 2012, 3:30 a.m., at his residence.
He was of the Christian faith and a Veteran of the US Army Corps of Engineer, serving during the Korean War period. Cantrell was formerly employed as a service technician for Bradshaw Heating and Air in Kennett, Missouri.
He is survived by three daughters, Sharon Cantrell of Arlington, KY, Valerie Cantrell and Lavonda Cantrell, both of Paducah; six grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; and two great great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Noah Tice Cantrell, Jr. of Sierra Vista, AZ and James Anthony Cantrell of Texas.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary J. Cantrell and three sisters. His parents were Noah Tice and Susan Marie Nation.

Memorial service will be held Wednesday, January 25, 2012, 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Pettus-Rowland Funeral Home. Friends may also call at the funeral home from 3:00 p.m. until the memorial hour.
