Verney Lee "Ricky" Coleman, III, age 63, of Paducah, passed away Wednesday, August 25, 2021, 10:13 a.m., at his residence.

He had attended Union Valley Baptist Church in Memphis, Tennessee and was formerly employed by KTDS Trucking of Paducah, Kentucky.

He is survived by his wife , Brenda Jackson Coleman of Memphis, TN; one son , S. Tasahn Williams of Springfield, IL; one stepson , Wilton Jackson and one step-daughter , Roshunda (Andrew) Jackson-McKinney, both of Memphis, TN; four brothers , Herbert Kneeland of Memphis, TN, Harold (Chellnecia) Coleman, Larry Coleman, And Anthony Coleman, all of Paducah; three sisters , Sharon (Earl) Sparks and Glenda Majors, both of Paducah and Gino Coleman of Marble Hill, MO; several nieces, nephews and cousins .

He was preceded in death by his parents, Verney Lee Coleman II and Louise Kneeland Coleman.

Memorial services are scheduled for Friday, September 3, 2021, 12:00 noon at Pettus-Rowland Funeral Home.  Rev. James L. Hudson and Rev. Louise Moore will officiate.

Friends may also call at the funeral home on Friday from 11:00 a.m. until the memorial hour.

Burial will follow at a later date.
