Valerie Ann Hayes, age 39, of Wingo, passed away Sunday, May 6, 2018, 11:13 p.m., at Jackson Purchase Medical Center.

She was a member of Greater St. Paul Ministries where she served on the Praise Dance Team.

She was employed as a direct support professional at ResCare of Benton and was a graduate of

Graves County High School.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Charles and Ocielean Hayes and Melvin and Margaret Puckett.

She is survived by her parents , Charles and Lucille Hayes, Wingo; one daughter , Erica Harris, Wingo; one son ; Al'Amir Lamer Johnson, of South Fulton, TN; one brother , Tyrone Hayes, Wingo; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, great-nieces and nephews and cousins .

Memorial Services are scheduled for Saturday, June 2, 2018, 1:00 p.m., at Greater St. Paul Ministries in Wingo. Reverend Tyrone Hayes will officiate.
