Troy Edward Jones, lovingly known as "ANYBOO" by both family and friends, entered eternal rest at Mercy Health Lourdes Hospital of Paducah, KY, on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at 11:03 AM.  "Anyboo" had reached the age of 62 years, 2 months and 24 days at the time of his transition.  He was born to the late Samuel Nathaniel Jones, Sr. and Dorothy Wheeler Jones in Paducah, KY, on April 15, 1962.

Anyboo attended the Paducah Independent Schools, graduating from Paducah Tilghman High School with football honors, affording him a full ride athletic scholarship from Yankton College in Yankton, SD.  He was formerly employed as a deckhand with Crounse Corp.

Anyboo, a known jokester, was family oriented and truly loved spending time with his son, Bleu.  He had a super great sense of humor; however, he had a unique way of setting one straight at the drop of a hat.  Anyboo also had a special laugh that everyone loved.

Anyboo leaves his family and friends to cherish his many memories.  Those include are Two Sons, Troy Jones, Jr. and Bleu Jones both of Paducah, KY; His Siblings, Fred (Alvita) Jones of Paducah, KY, Ray (Jerri) Jones of Cincinnati, OH, Ronnie (Debra) Jones of Paducah, KY, Reverend Ricky (Marilyn) Jones, Sr. of Bowling Green, KY, Michael (Nicole) Jones, Sr. of Paducah, KY, Samuel Jones, Jr. of Washington, D.C., Diantha Jones and James Johnson, both of Paducah, KY; Four Grandchildren, Raymond Tucker, RayShawn Tucker, Darionte Ragsdale, and Shemari Thomas Ragsdale, all of Paducah, KY; A Host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, and Friends including Kathy Dillard and Regina "Pinky" Pearson, both of Nashville, TN.

Anyboo was also preceded in death by his daughter, Nicole Thomas, his two brothers, Aundre Jones and James Jones, Sr. and his sister, Debra Johnson.

Funeral services have been scheduled for Saturday, July 13, 2024, 12:00 NOON, here in the Funeral Home Chapel.  Friends may also gather with the family on Saturday as well from 11:00 AM until the funeral hour. Pastor Ricky Jones will officiate with burial to follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.
