Tristen Jaleia LaCaidence Johnson, age 15 of Paducah, passed away on Monday, August 12, 2019 at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee.

She was a sophomore student at Paducah Tilghman High School where she participated in track and field, school choir and was an artist.

She was preceded in death by one sister.

She is survived by her mother , Jovonette Johnson of Paducah; fathers , Rahim (Dante') Shabazz and Damon Stigger both of Paducah; four sisters, Braionna Emerson, Eiliyah Shabazz and Dyamon Patterson all of Paducah; Dontashia Holland of Charleston, SC; six brothers, Tevin Mack, Damarion Matchem, Devin Jones all of Paducah; Damonterius Stigger, Atlanta, GA, Kame'ron English and Da'marius English both of Wickliffe, KY; paternal grandmothers, Dimmia Stigger and Marilyn Sains both of Paducah; maternal grandparents, Debra Gardner of Decatur, IL, maternal grandfather, James Johnson of Paducah, Houston and Vera Emerson of Atwood, TN; several aunts, uncles, cousins.

Friends may call on Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at the Greater Lincoln Heights Missionary Baptist Church from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Burial will be at Oak Grove Cemetery.
