Theodore "Teddy" Roosevelt Hines, Jr., 66, Paducah, passed away on
Tuesday, October 1, 2013, 11:00 am at his residence.

Theodore was a member of Burks Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Church and a US Army Veteran. He was a graduate of the former Lincoln High School, a college graduate with a degree in business management and was formerly em- ployed with Williams Construction Company.

He is survived by a daughter, Veronica Offutt of Louisville; several grand-children; three sisters, Marshetta Hines of Cincinnati. OH, Birdie Phelps of Union City, TN, and Tammy Jones of Paducah; four brothers, Jonathan E. Hines and Romex D. Hines, Sr., both of Paducah, Erric D. Hines of Tacoma, WA, and Clarence T. Bradshaw of Mayfield; two uncles; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents Theodore R. Hines, Sr. and Margaret Betty Morris Hines Johnson, his step-father Howard E. Johnson, one sister and two brothers.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2013, 1:00 pm, at Mt. Moriah Missionary Baptist Church with Reverend Calvin R. Cole, Sr. officiating.

Friends may also call at the church on Saturday from 12:00 Noon until the funeral hour.
