IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Taronque "Ty"
Beaugard
October 20, 1958 – April 10, 2024
Mr. Taronque "Ty" Beaugard was born in Paducah, Kentucky on October 20, 1958, to Harry Beaugard and Delores Beaugard. He was educated in the Paducah Public School System, graduating from Paducah Tilghman High School in 1977. Taronque loved sports and played defensive lineman for the Paducah Tilghman High School football team during his time there.
Taronque gravitated to the west coast and settled in Las Vegas, Nevada. He would go on to be a culinary chef and worked at several locations in the city. The Dunes, The Silver Nugget, and for UNLV in the culinary department just to name a few. He loved to cook and if he made you something you knew he loved you. He may have been as stubborn as a mule, but he had a heart of gold.
Cooking was not the only thing that Taronque loved. He loved the city and was called "Mr. Las Vegas" by many because he was always steppin' and dressin'. Getting dressed up was definitely one of his favorite things to do. He also loved traveling, the Bahamas, Cancun, Louisiana, Atlanta, and going back home to Paducah to see family. Taronque enjoyed concerts, the live music of his favorites, The O'Jays, Maze, and, of course, The Isley Brothers.
Taronque met the love of his life Barbara back in the 70's. They had been friends for a long time. Finally in 2016, they connected again and have been together ever since. He knew they were meant to be together, and that True Love always circles back around.
"Shorty" was a very loving and giving soul, and he would give the shirt off his back, but you had better make sure that you were doing something good with your life.
Taronque was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Delores Beaugard, his brother D'Artganan Beaugard, sister Valdez Beaugard, and his two adoptive sisters Loretta and Violet.
Taronque leaves to cherish his memories, his loving, caring, supportive wife Barbara Young-Beaugard; his children: Tamara Radford "His one & only", Marcus Revels; Nicki Rhodes, his adoptive sister Rosetta; 11 grandchildren, and a host of relative and friends.
