Sherlyn Laurine Topp, age 75 of Paducah, passed away on Tuesday, November 17, 2020, 6:43 a.m. at Baptist Health Paducah.

She was formerly employed in the shoe department at Walmart and was a  member of Mt. Moriah Missionary Baptist Church where she served in the culinary department, choir and Senior Ministries.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard Topp and Laurine Dunbar Topp, three sisters, Carolyn Topp, Maxine Topp-Coleman, Linda Topp-Turley and three brothers, James "Buddy" Topp, Alvin Topp and Reverend Donald L. Topp.

She is survived by two daughters , Lisa Topp of Paducah,KY; Teresa Gillespie of Nashville, TN; two granddaughters; Hillary Tuffin and Miyah Tuffin both of Nashville, TN; two-great-grandsons; Zaiidyn Tuffin and Marli Tuffin both of Nashville, TN; one sister, Frances Topp of Paducah, several nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.

Funeral services will be held at Pettus Rowland Funeral Home with Rev. Calvin R. Cole, Sr. officiating.  Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.

Due to the current restrictions to COVID-19, funeral services will be private.
