Sandra D. Flemons Crusoe was born December 12, 1960, to Charles McNichols and Ora Mitchell in Paducah, Kentucky.  She departed this life on May 12, 2022, at Holy Family Hospital, surrounded by her family.

Sandra accepted Christ at an early age at Christian Faith Center of Joliet.  She moved to Joliet in 1975 where she attended Joliet Central High School.

Sandra worked for C.J. Logistics for seven years.  Many co-workers loved and enjoyed working with her.

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Ora Mitchell and Charles McNicholas.

Sandra leave to cherish her memories her son, Brandon (Paula) Crusoe; a daughter, Dominique Crusoe; her grandchildren, Juwan Lee, Kordell Crusoe, Delano Crusoe, Brianna Crusoe, Jayden Bingham, and Kaelyee Crusoe; four brothers, Anthony (JoAnn) Flemons, Robert Mitchell Jr., Charles McNicholas Jr., and Dr. Johnnie L. (Laurell) McNicholas; one sister, Virnora Crawford; four aunts, Sharon Flemons Robinson, Elizabeth Crumbaugh, Dorothy Mitchell, and Linda Harriston Flemons; two uncles, James R. Flemons, and William Mitchell, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Sandra also leaves her best friend, Rosie Maiden.
