Roxie Faye Hill, age 67, of Paducah, KY went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, July 14, 2023, at the Respiratory and Nursing Center of Moraine, Ohio.

Roxie was baptized under the Pastorate of Reverend John Crim at the Second Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Paducah. She was a 1974 graduate of Paducah Tilghman High School and was previously employed at the former Florsheim Shoe Company.

Roxie was a very loving and giving person and being the number one babysitter for most of her nieces, nephews and friends. Her favorite pastime was cooking for the residents at the Irvin Cobb Apartments in which she was in charge of the food pantry and making sure that the residents had a meal on holidays. And don't forget about Bingo Sunday's where Roxie was in charge of that event.

Roxie loved teddy bears and traveling with her family, and they made sure that she was able to travel to them or with them.

Preceding Roxie in death are her parents, Earl Hill Sr., and Gladys L. Jones Hill, three sisters, Dorothy Jones, Beverly Hill, Bridget McCargo and one brother, Earl Hill Jr.

Roxie leaves to cherish her precious memories, three sisters , Earline Hill of Paducah, KY, Cassandra Holland of Manassas, VA, and Terri (Keith) Collins of Woodbridge, VA and one brother Hal "Buster" (Mary) Hill of Louisville, KY; a devoted niece who was like a daughter, Beverly Hill of Paducah and Landon Dennis who was thought of her grandson; her Fiancee', Martin Coleman of Paducah; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, including special friends , Brenda Brown, Frankie Ragsdale, Glenda Collins and Linda Medlin who was her nurse, and a host of resident friends at the Irvin Cobb Apartment Complex including Wes Puhl.

Graveside services are scheduled for Tuesday, July 25, 2023, 11:00 a.m., at Maplelawn Park Cemetery with Reverend Michael Wade offering words of encouragement.

There will be no visitation.
