Rosie Mae Williams Holland, 57, Paducah, died Monday, January 11, 2010, 6:55 a.m. at Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah.
Rosie was a member of Ninth Street Church of Christ and attended Draughon's Business College. Rosie worked for Western Baptist Hospital as a Dietary Aide and for the Executive Inn.
Rosie was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Lee Holland, her parents, Shuler Brown and Nell Brown; one daughter, Stacey Holland.
She is survived by three daughters, Deborah Wesley, Stephanie Worthy, and Tarah Tharpe; two sons, Stanley Williams and Willie Holland, all of Paducah; three sisters, Nellie Mae Brown-Williams, Tchula, MS, Catherine Brown, Lexington, MS, and Lula Brown, Paducah; three brothers, Willie Williams, Lexington, MS, Wilburt Lee Williams, Chicago, IL, and Wilbert Earl Williams, Duluth, MN; 15 grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services are scheduled for 12 Noon, Saturday, January 16, 2010, at Ninth Street Church of Christ, 715 South 9th Street, Paducah, KY with Brother Mark Rowe Officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery in Paducah.
The family will receive visitors from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, January 15, 2010, at Pettus-Rowland Funeral Home, 1229 Madison Street, Paducah, KY.
