Rosie Marie Holland Phagan, age 58, of Paducah, passed away Wednesday, July 26, 2017,

10:31 a.m. at Baptist Health Paducah.

Rosie attended Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church and was a graduate of Heath High School.  She was a self-employed.

Rosie is survived by one son , Marcellus Phagan of Paducah; two daughters , Danyel Walker of Paducah and Tamesha Kizer of Nashville, TN; five grandsons ; one granddaughter ; one nephew ; three sisters , Regina Patterson of Corinth, MS and Colise White and Melanie White, both of Memphis, TN; four brothers , Ken Holland and Willie Justice, both of Corinth, MS, Lawrence Justice of Jackson, TN and Tony Justice of Starksdale, MS; several aunts, uncles, and cousins .

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dwight Phagan; her parents, Mark Holland and Ida Louise Justice Holland; one daughter, Yolanda Holland; two sisters and one brother.

A memorial service is scheduled for Wednesday, August 2, 2017, 10:00 a.m., at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church with Reverend Michael Wade officiating.
