Reverend Donald L. Topp, Sr., age 67, of Paducah passed away Tuesday, November 29, 2016, 2:24 a.m.at his residence.

He was the pastor of First Missionary Baptist Church in Cairo, Illinois and a member of the Mt. Moriah Missionary Baptist Church in Paducah. He owned and operated Topp Handyman Services and was also previously employed by Paducah Tire Service and Tilford Contractors.

He was preceded in death by his parents Richard and Versie Laurine Dunbar Topp.

He is survived by his wife; Regina Harris Topp of Paducah; two sons; Kevin Harris of Louisville; Donald Topp Jr., of Carlisle, Illinois; two daughters; Avis Harris and Donna Thomas both of Paducah; three sisters; Sherlyn Topp and Frances Topp both of Paducah; Linda Turley of Washington, DC; thirteen grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, December 3, 2016, 1:00 p.m., at Mt. Moriah Missionary
Baptist Church with Reverend Calvin R. Cole, Sr. officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.

Friends may call on Friday, December 2, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at First Missionary Baptist Church in Cairo, IL and on Saturday, December 3, 2016 at Mt. Moriah Missionary Baptist Church from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.
