Reverend Larry Dale Nance , 69, of West Paducah, passed away on Friday, August 26, 2022, 5:18 a.m. at Mercy Health Lourdes in Paducah.

He was a member and associate pastor of Oakalone Christian Church in West Paducah and was retired from The State of Kentucky Transportation Cabinet as an Inspector. He received his certification as an electrician at West Kentucky Vocational and Technical College.

He was preceded in death by two sons, Larry Copeland and Barry Copeland Nance, his parents, Elbert Nance and Francis Bacon Nance, six brothers, Earnest Nance, Ronald Nance, Elbert Nance Jr., Gabe Bradshaw, Edger Nance and Harrison Nance and three sisters, Cynthia Nance, Charlene Owens and Evelyn Fletcher.

He is survived by his wife, Alma "Jeannie" Copeland Nance of West Paducah, one son, Keith (Samantha) Copeland of Nashville, TN; two daughters , Karen Copeland and Sonya Nance both of Paducah; eight grandchildren, Brian, Lakin, Ronnie (Ty), Simone, Siare, Siliah, Ahjayzha and Tevin; three brothers , Ardell (Carolyn) Nance and Jerry (Maxine) Bradshaw both of Paducah, Clarence (Melissa) Bradshaw of Mayfield; five sisters, Barbara Tollerson of Mt. Laurel Township, NJ, Shirley (Perry) Mason of  West Paducah, Tammy (David) Jones of Paducah, Birdie (Gregory) Phelps of Union City, TN and Connie Bradshaw of Clarksville, TN; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, September 10, 2022, 12 noon at Oakalone Christian Church with Reverend Benny Heady officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.

Friends may call at the church from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.
