Reverend Sarah Stratton, 85, Paducah, KY passed away Sunday, March 9, at 5:45 pm at Parkview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

She was former Pastor and member of Church of the Living GOD, the Pillar and Ground of the Truth of Paducah, KY. She earned her Associates Degree from Murray State University. She was a member of the Community Clergy Fellowship and a Paducah Ambassador.

Ms. Stratton is survived by, three daughters, Carolyn Stratton, of Paducah, Barbara Stratton-Gore, of Upper Marlboro, MD and Nwayni Stratton, of Glenarden, MD; one step-daughter, Katherine Donaldson, of Gary, IN; one sister, Mary Algee, of Paducah, KY; two grandchildren, six step-grandchildren, four step-great-grandchildren, and one niece.

Services are scheduled for 10:00 AM Saturday, March 15, 2014 at Mt. Moriah Missionary Baptist Church, 1201 South 8 ^th Street Paducah, KY, with Bishop W. Charles Townsend officiating. Burial will follow at Maplelawn Park Cemetery.

The family will receive visitors, Friday, March, 14, 2014 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Pettus-Rowland Funeral Home, 1229 Madison Street, Paducah, KY and at the church on Saturday morning 9:00 am until the funeral hour.
