Regina Ann Jackson, 41, of Metropolis, IL, died Saturday, April 17, 2010, in Mermet, IL.
Regina had attended First Missionary Baptist Church in Metropolis, IL. and Massac County High School. Regina was also a former employee of Good Samaritan and Tender Loving Care, both of Metropolis.
Regina was preceded in death by one son, Julius D. Jackson
Regina is survived by three sons, Jarelle Johnson, Jordan Jackson, and Kelvin Skinner, Jr., all of Metropolis, IL; her father, William Jackson and step-mother Frances Jackson of Silvis, IL; her mother, Delores Payton Jackson of Metropolis, IL; three sisters, Barbara Watson and Faye Jackson, both of Metropolis, IL, and Vernessa Jackson, of Gurnee, IL; two brothers, William Jackson, Jr. of Metropolis, IL, and Robert Jackson of Geneso, IL; 11 aunts, 3 uncles, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Services are scheduled for Saturday, April 24, 2010, 1:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church, 516 Girard Street, Metropolis, IL. Reverend Michael Wade & Reverend Joseph Buchanan will officiate, and burial will follow at Masonic Cemetery in Metropolis, IL.
The family will receive visitors, Saturday at the church from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made at City National Bank, P. O. Box 380, Metropolis, IL 62960.
