Randy O. Marshall, Jr., age 40 years and 11 days, moved on into eternity on Thursday, November 2, 2023, at Emory Hillandale Hospital in Lithonia, GA.  Randy was born to Randy O. Marshall, Sr. and Rose Marie Kizer in Paducah, KY on October 22, 1983.

Randy was of the Baptist faith.  He attended Paducah Tilghman High School where he was a member of both the football and wrestling teams. He was a stay-at-home father who took pride in providing excellent care to his children, meeting all their daily needs.

He is survived by: His parents; his Children, Alayjah Marshall of Paducah, KY, Kenyan Marshall, Kalen Marshall, and Kallynn Marshall, all of Acworth, GA; Eight Sisters, Dawn (Demonte) Hart, LaShawn (Andrae) Hart-Williams, Takeasha Harris, Tena Watson, Brandi Marshall and Alexandra Roach, all of Paducah, KY, Shamara Kizer of Acworth, GA, and Jade Garrett of Bowling Green, KY; One Step-Sister, Jaeven Lee-Langley of Paducah, KY; Five Brothers, Larry Hart of Paducah, KY, Shane Morris of San Antonio, TX, Romeo Hendrix of St. Louis, MO, Malcolm Spencer and Savion Spencer, both of Baldwyn, MS; Two Step-Brothers, Zion Lee-McCampbell and Epion Lee-McCampbell, both of Paducah, KY; Six Aunts, Sandra (Perry) Anderson and Marilyn McComb, both of Paducah, KY, Terri Price of Clarksville, KY, Diane McDaniels of Nashville, TN, Ray Carol (Greg) Smith of Lexington, KY, Charlotte Boyd of Oak Ridge, TN; One Uncle, Quinten (Michelle) Marshall of Paducah, KY; A Host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, and Friends; Other Relatives and Special Friends Including, Maternal Grandparents, Rosie Lee Hart and James Price and Paternal Grandmother, Sarah Williams, all of Paduch, KY; Life-Partner, Brittany Gully of Acworth, GA; Special Friend, Arnika Matthews of Stone Mountain, GA.

He was preceded in death by his son, Kashden Marshall; his brother, Isreal Lee-Marshall; his grandfather, Marvin Charles "MC" Marshall; and his step-grandfather, James "Stack" Williams.

Randy O. Marshall, Jr. will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, November18, 2023, 11:00 A.M. at New Greater Love Church, 1249 North 12th Street in Paducah, KY. Reverend Dr. Gwendolyn Duncan will be presiding, and Reverend Dr. LaRita Horton is the eulogist. Friends may visit the family at the church from 10:00 A.M. until the funeral hour.

Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery.
