Ramona Imogene Aiken, age 87 of Paducah went to her Heavenly Home from Parkview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center on Monday, February 8, at 9:14 p.m.
Ramona will be greeted with open arms by her son, Fred Taylor along with her parents David Austin and Marie Anderson.
Ramona was a member of Enoch Chapel Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
She was previously employed as a supervisor at the former Ramada Inn Hotel.
Ramona thoroughly enjoyed cooking, playing the card game spades and traveling when she was able. She loved spending quality time with her family and grandchildren.
Ramona liked watching all the daytime soap operas and her favorite game show Family Feud.
While hanging out with her friends, Ramona loved listening to Blues.
She leaves to cherish her memory; one daughter, Mary Aiken of Paducah; six grandchildren, Jasmine Pullen, Xavier Aiken, Trey Aiken, Quarris Galbreath all of Paducah; Fred Taylor and Tony Taylor both of Brookport, IL; a host of great-grandchildren, a very special niece, Gail Awls of Byron, GA, other nieces, nephews and cousins; special friends, Brenda Strow, Rose Hart and Allie Phelps all of Paducah and Donzella Gaines of Clarksville, TN.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 20, 2021, 12 noon at Pettus Rowland Funeral Home with Pastor Anthony Walton officiating.
Friends may also call on Saturday at the funeral home from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.
Due to state mandated Covid-19 restrictions, you are asked to wear both mask and gloves and maintain a social distance in our facilities.
