Ralph Scott, age 45, of Clarksville, TN formerly of Paducah, passed away on Monday, April 6, 2020,2:35 p.m. at the Medical Center Health in Bowling Green, KY.

He was employed as a cook at Zaxby's Restaurant.

He was preceded in death by his father Ralph Jones.

He is survived by his wife, Glenda Faye Scott of Clarksville, TN; three daughters, Alaysianna Scott and Nechelle Hamilton both of Clarksville, TN; Alyssa Scott of Paducah; one brother, Jacolby Scott of Paducah, one sister, Jenny Willouby of Hopkinsville, two grandchildren; his mother, Eulen Scott of Paducah, and other relatives.

In compliance with the Kentucky Funeral Homes set forth by the Governor Andy Beshear and the Kentucky Funeral Directors Association services will be private.
