Services for Ralph E. Mitchell have been postponed to a later date. There will be no services on Friday, October 28, 2016.
Ralph Eugene Mitchell, 70, of Paducah, passed away Monday, October
17, 2016, 1:15 p.m., at Metro Health Medical Center in Cleveland, OH.
Ralph was a member of Rosary Chapel Catholic Church and was a graduate of the former Lincoln High School. He was retired from the City of Paducah in the sanitation department.
He is survived by two daughters, Kimberlee Louise Makhloufi of Minneapolis , MN; June Weller of Jackson, MI; one grandson; one granddaughter; four brothers, Lawrence Mitchell of Fulton, Jeffrey Mitchell of Paducah, Michael Mitchell of Cleveland, OH, and Charles Abdur-Rahim of Charleston, SC; three sisters, Virginia Bolen of Denver, CO, Alisa Harris of Las Vegas, NV, and Shirley Baker of Cleveland, OH; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Homer Mitchell and Excell Pryor Mitchell and four brothers.
Memorial services are scheduled for Friday, October 28, 2016, 12:00 noon, at Rosary Chapel Catholic Church. Father Stan Puryear will officiate and burial will follow in Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
Friends may also call at the church on Friday from 11:30 a.m. until the funeral hour.
