Peggy T. Gary, 63, Paducah passed away Wednesday, April 11, 2018, 10:14 a.m. at the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center.

Peggy was a member of Rosary Chapel Catholic church and a Certified Nursing Assistant being formerly employed with Medco Nursing & Rehabilitation Center and Lourdes Hospital.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert Matchem and Rosa Lee Jackson and four brothers.

Survivors are her husband of 44 years , Huey L. Gary, Sr.; Two sons , Huey Gary, Jr. and Levon Gary both of Paducah, Four grandchildren ; Nine Sisters, Chen LaRue Matchem of West Paducah, Sheila Matchem Harris, Jackson, TN; Gilda Matchem Kohlheim, Madonna Lee Matchem, Mercedes Matchem Powers, Lucinta Matchem Thompson, Babretta Matchem Bly, Regina Topp and Cherie Matchem all of Paducah; Six Brothers , Quinton Matchem of Paducah, Demetrius J. Matchem of Nashville, TN, Waddell Hill and Herbert S. Matchem both of Louisville; Frederick Matchem of Washington, MI and  Larry Matchem of Paducah;and several nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Funeral services are scheduled for Wednesday, April 18, 2018, 12 noon at Rosary Chapel church with Stanley Puryear officiating. Burial will follow in the Maplelawn Park Cemetery
