Obituary
Pearl M. Green 76, Paducah, KY died Monday, March 9, 2015, 6:55 pm at her residence in Paducah.
Ms. Green was a member of the former Mt. Olive Freewill Baptist Church where she served on the Usher Board and sang in the choir. She attended Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church. She worked several years as a childcare provider.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Garfield Green, Sr. and Mary Johnson Green, one sister and two brothers.
Ms. Green is survived by one daughter, Christy M. Scott, Paducah, KY; three grandchildren; two brothers, Eddie Green, and Garfield Green, Jr. both of Paducah, KY; four sisters, Bettye Muse, Ada Green, Rose Anderson, and Mary L. White, all of Paducah, KY; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral services are scheduled for 12:00 Noon, Saturday, March 14, 2015 at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church with Reverend Michael Wade officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery in Paducah.
The family will receive visitors at the church on Saturday, March 15, 2015 from 10:00 am until the funeral hour.
