Obituary
Pearl L. Bell, 67, Paducah, passed away Sunday, January 20, 2013, 1:08 pm, at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN.
Pearl was a member of Oakalone Christian Church and a member of the church's Women of Valor. She was a graduate of Metropolis High School and a retiree of the United States Enrichment Corporation's Stores Department. She was a member of the Pace Setters Bowling League and the Monday Night Pin Girls.
She is survived by two sons, Carlton E. Bell of Scottsdale, AZ and Carlos L. Bell of Lafayette, AL; six grandsons; five granddaughters; seven great-grandchildren; one sister, Bernice Wilson of Paducah; two aunts; one uncle; three nieces; three nephews, several cousins and other relatives.
Pearl was preceded in death by her parents, Leroy Wilson and Girtie Mae Waldon Brewer; one brother, and one sister.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, January 26, 2013, 1:00 pm at Harrison Street Missionary Baptist Church with Reverends James L. Hudson and Clayton W. Beasley officiating. Friends may also call at the church on Saturday from 12 o'clock noon until the funeral hour.
Pettus-Rowland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
