Paula Ann Moore, age 51, of Paducah, passed away Monday, March 12, 2018, 9:43 a.m., at Lourdes Hospital.

She was a member of Miles Chapel Christian Methodist Episcopal Church where she sang in the choir served on the culinary committee, and the usher ministry.  She was a graduate of Paducah Tilghman High School and West Kentucky Community and Technical College.

She is survived by two daughters , Deanndria Moore-Fitzgerald of Smyrna, TN and Jertara Lee of Paducah; her father , Marshall Weatherspoon of Paducah; two grandsons , Dekodah Moore-Fitzgerald and Denver Moore-Fitzgerald, both of Smyrna, TN; one brother , Jerry Moore of Paducah; two uncles and one aunt .

She was preceded in death by her mother, Dianne Moore; two sisters, Karen Moore and Cheryl Moore.

Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, March 16, 2018, 5:00 p.m ., at Washington Street Missionary Baptist Church with Reverend Raynarldo Henderson and Reverend Eric McKinney officiating.

Burial will be held Saturday, March 17, 2018, 9:30 a.m., at Oak Grove Cemetery.

Friends may also call on the family at the church on Friday from 4:00 p.m. until the funeral hour.
