Odie Lee Cole, Sr., age 80, of Paducah, passed away Wednesday, March 28, 2018, 5:39 p.m., at Lourdes Hospital.

Odie was a member of the First Love Seventh Day Adventist Church.  He was co-owner of

of Cole's Janitorial Service and the former C & O Barbecue.

He is survived by one daughter , Erika Donald of Paducah; six sons , Odie Cole, Jr. and Bryant Cole, both of Paducah, Jimmy Cole, Emett Cole and Robert Cole, all of Kalamazoo, MI and Timothy Spears of Mercedes, TX; thirty-six grandchildren ;

13 great-grandchildren ; one sister , Catherine Cole of Cleveland, OH; several nieces, nephews, and cousins .

He was preceded in death by his parents , Neal Cole and Pearl Miles Cole; his wife ,  Carrie Elizabeth Fitzgerald Cole; two daughters , Carolyn Cole-LeFlore and Katherine "Kat" Scott; five sisters and five brothers.

Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, April 7, 2018, 12:00 Noon at Greater Lincoln Heights Missionary Baptist Church with Reverend Alfred Anderson and Reverend Michael Wade officiating.  Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.

Friends may also call at the church on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.
