Minnie Savannah Pauline Jones Adams, 81, of Paducah passed away at Lourdes Hospital on Sunday, April 22, 2012, at 5:13 P.M. Her loving family was by her side when she made this heavenly transition.

She was a member of St. James C.M.E Church and a Homemaker.
Preceding her in death was her husband, James U. Adams, Sr.; parents, William Jones and Minnie Boyd Jones, four sisters and four brothers.

Cherishing her loving memory are four sons, Griffin (Lillian) Ferguson, Lebanon, PA; Leslie Adams, Lebanon, PA; Marvin Adams, Paducah, KY; and James (Barbara) Adams, Jr., Paducah, KY; two daughters, Berenda (Rev. O.B. Ford) Ford, Lexington, KY and Linda Adams, Lexington, KY; nine grandchildren, Derrico Adams, Damain Ferguson, Darun Ferguson, Troy Eisenhauer, Corey Adams, Shane Ford, Ebony Taylor, Brandon Ford and Amanda Adams; six great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

A private graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at Oak Grove Cemetery in Paducah with her son-in-law, Rev. O. B. Ford officiating.

She was truly loved by her family and will be greatly missed.
