Michelle Louise Owens age 59 of Paducah, passed away on Friday, September 9, 2022, 5:39 p.m. at her residence.

Michelle grew up and graduated from Eastern High School in Lansing, MI and later in life, upon moving to Paducah, was employed by the Paducah Area Transit System as a city bus driver.  Michelle's spiritual path led her to White Oak Missionary Baptist Church where she was a former member of the usher board.

Michelle leaves to mourn her passing: Three Sons, Quinten Owens and Darryl Grubbs II, both of Paducah, KY; and Darval'e Grubbs (Stelisha) of Lansing, MI; One Daughter, Malaysia Grubbs of Paducah, KY; One Foster Brother, Robert Crenshaw of Lansing, MI; One Aunt, Norverta Pullen of Paducah, KY; Five Grandsons , Montez Grubbs of Champaign, IL and Da'Vion Grubbs, Da'Kria Grubbs, Darvale Grubbs, Jr. and D'John Grubbs, all of Lansing, MI ; Four Granddaughters , Sarai Alexander, Taliyah Alexander, Journey Burns, and Saniyah Owens, all of Paducah, KY ; and Several Cousins and Friends.

Michelle was preceded in death by her husband, Herman "Bunchie: Owens on May 20, 2022; her Parents, Joseph Lawrence McGuire and Emma Lou Pullen McGuire, one sister, Jessie Wiggins and cousin, Anthony Davis.

Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, September 20, 2022, 12 Noon at White Oak Missionary Baptist Church with Reverend Eric McKinney and Evangelist Melanie Nunn officiating.

Family and friends may call on Tuesday at the church from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.

Masks are required for all attendees.
