Mary Magadalene Riley, age 70 of Metropolis, IL, passed away on January 23, 2022, at Massac Memorial Hospital.

She was a member of First Missionary Baptist Church in Metropolis where she sang in the choir and was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie Ben Riley and Alma Lee Fitzpatrick Riley, step-father Eunice "Bumper" Lassiter Jr., four brothers, Willie Ben Riley Jr., Edgar Lee Burns, Hillary Ray Riley Sr., and Clemar Lee Riley four sisters, Carolyn Sue Riley, Linday Kay Hodge, Mary Jean Riley and Geraldine Riley Turner and one great-nephew, Brenton "Little Teeter" Hooper Bradford.

She is survived by; two daughters , Joyce Natasha Riley and Aquila Michelle (Scott) Johnson both of Metropolis; one son, Cameron Lamar Riley of Paducah, three grandchildren, Jaden Lynne Riley, Brooklyn LaShae Riley and Isaiah Lamar Riley all of Metropolis; three brothers, Eunice Virgil Riley of Brookport, IL; Cameron Riley of Columbia, MO; and James Riley, Metropolis, IL; four sisters, Margaret Ann Bradford, Brenda Meadows, Emma Louise Riley and Sharon Ann Goodman all of Metropolis, IL; Special Nieces, Crystal Raye, Ambrea Annis, Special Nephew, Edgar Todd Bradford all of Metropolis, several other nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, January 29, 2022, 1:00 p.m. at First Missionary Baptist Church with Rev's. Orlando McReynolds and Michael Wade officiating.

Friends may call on Saturday at the church from 12:00 noon until the service hour.

All in attendance are required to wear a mask.
