Mary Jordan, age 77, of Columbus, MS formerly of Paducah, passed away on Tuesday, January 5, 2021, 9:30 a.m. at her residence.

She was a member of Ninth Street Church of Christ and was a retired Certified Nurse's Assistant from Western Baptist Hospital after 17 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Jordan, her parents, John W. Kyles and Margie Ree Kyles King, one brother, John Wayne Kyles, Jr. and her maternal grandparents, Will and Mary Kyles.

She is survived by two daughters; Francella Hollis of Marion, IL and Miranda Carter of Cairo, IL; five brothers; Noah Lee (Carolyn) Davis, Charlie (Penny) McCarthy and James (Stephanie) McCarthy all of Columbus, MS, Dennis Davis, Richard McCarthy both of Brooksville, MS and one sister , Mary McCray of Brooksville, MS; ten grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins including Gloria Cruthird who like a sister to Mary and were raised together.

Funeral services are scheduled for Wednesday, January 20, 2021, 12 Noon at Pettus Rowland Funeral Home with Mark Rowe officiating.  Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
