Obituary
Mary Cathleen (Cathy) O'Neil McNair, 57, of Paducah, died Wednesday, 12:04 a.m., at Western Baptist Hospital.
She was a member of First Liberty Missionary Baptist Church. She was employed as a certified nurse assistant while residing in Chicago and Joliet Illinois.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jack Taylor Jr., a son, Thomas O'Neil and two sisters.
McNair is survived by her husband, Harvey McNair of Paducah, KY; a son, Robert L. Taylor of Paducah, KY; her mother, Dorothy R. Burrage Taylor of Paducah, KY; a sister, Barbara Sims Hare of Arlington Heights, IL; two brothers, John Henry Knox III of Louisville, KY and Jack Taylor III of Paducah, KY; four grandchildren; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Monday, at First Liberty Missionary Baptist Church with Reverend Charles W. Russell officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors at the church on Monday from 10 a.m. until the funeral hour.
Pettus-Rowland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
