Obituary

Mark David Ridgeway made his Heavenly Transition from Stonecreek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Paducah, Kentucky, on Friday, November 25, 2022, 7:50 p.m.  Mark was born the bouncing baby boy to Robert H. Ridgeway and Linda Smith Ridgeway in Paducah on January 14, 1972.  He had resided in his earthly home for 50 years, 10 months and 11 days.

Mark was a graduate of Paducah Tilghman High School and a member of Ninth Street Tabernacle Ministries where he formerly served as an usher.  He was employed as a machinist with Kelvion Radiation.

Mark was quite fond of fishing and watching his favorite sports, baseball and basketball.

Mark is survived by: Two Daughters , Jacy Fagan of Birmingham, AL and Aliyah Langston of Paducah, KY; One Granddaughter, Avery Langston and One Grandson, Kaysen Langston both of Paducah, KY; His Father , Robert H. Ridgeway of Paducah, KY; Two Brothers , Steven Ridgeway of Paducah, KY and Robert L. (Janice) Ridgeway; Five Sisters , Deana Ridgeway of Paducah, KY, Veronica Ridgeway, Lori D. (Michael) Ward, both of Louisville, KY, Rhonda (Steve) Forman and Maraion Garnett; Several Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins .

Mark was preceded in death by his son, Marqwuan Ridgeway and his mother, Linda Smith Ridgeway.

Memorial services are scheduled for Thursday, December 1, 2022, 1:00 p.m. at Pettus Rowland Funeral Home with Reverend Dr. Thaddyeus W. Thompson Sr. officiating.

Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 12:30 p.m. until the service hour.
