Obituary
Marilynn J. Morris Orr, age 67, of Paducah, passed away Thursday, July 5, 2018, 8:38 a.m. at her residence.
She was of the Baptist faith and a graduate of the former Lincoln High School. She was a homemaker and had been employed as a clerk at the former Sears and Roebuck.
She is survived by two sons , Terrence Orr and Demontay Orr, both of Paducah; five daughters , Felita Jones, Ann Shumpert, Rona Knox and Delana Orr, all of Paducah and Nolita Stewart of Indianapolis, IN; sixteen grandchildren ; twelve great-grandchildren ; one brother , Mathis Sains of Paducah; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Milton Jack Morris and Pearlie Manon Johnson Morris and one sister.
Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, July 13, 2018, 11:00 a.m. at Harrison Street Missionary Baptist Church with Reverend Donna G. Hawkins officiating. Burial will follow in Maplelawn Park Cemetery.
Friends may also call at the church on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.
