Margarette DeFrancis Burrage, age 68, of Paducah, passed away Saturday, July 1, 2017,

5:59 p.m., at Baptist Health Paducah.

Margarette was a member of Ninth Street Tabernacle Ministries.  She was an active and long-time member of Four Rivers Behavioral Center Workshop and was a devoted participant with the "Buddy Walk" sponsored by Ups and Downs.

Margarette is survived by one sister , Betty Jones of Smyrna, TN; one brother , Samuel  Burrage of Paducah; eight nieces; four nephews; several great nieces and nephew and cousins .

She was preceded in death by her parents , Reverend Charlie Ross Burrage and Mary Harvey Burrage; three sisters and three brothers .

Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, July 8, 2017, 12:00 Noon , at Ninth Street Tabernacle Ministries. Reverend Thaddyeus D. Thompson Sr. and Reverend James H. Vinson will officiate with burial to follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.

Friends may call on the family at the church on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.
