Mamie McCambry Agnew, 89, of Paducah KY, passed away Monday, November 4, 2013, 10:27 am at Parkview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Paducah.

She was a member of Burks Chapel AME Church where she served as an usher, retired from Western Baptist Hospital and was homemaker.

She is survived by two daughters Anita Edmondson, of Paducah KY and Ruby Ann Townsley of Louisville, KY; and one son Larry Darnell Agnew of Paducah KY; eleven grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren, thirteen nieces, eight nephews and one cousin.

She was preceded in death by her husband Cecil Agnew; one son, Cecil Earl Agnew; parents Will McCambry and Essie Reed McCambry; seven sisters and two brothers.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2013, 11 am at Pettus-Rowland Funeral Home in Paducah. Reverend Rita Story will officiate and burial will follow in Maplelawn Park Cemetery.

Friends may also call at the funeral home on Saturday from 9 am until the funeral hour.
