Obituary
Lynda A. Young, age 67, of Paducah, passed away on Sunday June 15, 2014, 10:32 a.m. at her residence.
She was a graduate of Lincoln High School and Draughon's Business College. Lynda was a member of Greater Lincoln Heights Missionary Baptist Church where she served on the Mother's Board , Usher's Board and Trustee of the Church. She was the Manager of Paducah Properties and former Owner and Operator of Shynea's Boutique.
She was survived by her husband of 50 years, Joe Richard Young, Paducah,KY; One Son, Joseph Neal Young, Kansas City, MO; Three Daughters, Tanashea Bell, Paducah ,KY; Sonia Rouse, Paducah ,KY and Lisa Wheeler, Smyra, TN; Two Brothers, Douglas Arnold , Paducah ,KY and Michael Arnold , Kansas City, KS.; One Sister, Charlotte Arnold, Paducah, KY; Seven Grandchildren, Five Great-Grandchildren, Several Aunts, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Maxine Foreman Arnold and a Sister.
Services will be Thursday, June 19, 2014, 12 Noon at Greater Lincoln Heights Missionary Baptist Church with Reverend Alfred Anderson officiating. Entombment will follow at Maplelawn Park Cemetery.
Friends may call at the church on Thursday, June 19, 2014 form 10:00 a.m. until the funeral.
