Lori Lee Anderson Bransford, entered her new Heavenly Home from the Ray & Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah, on Thursday, February 25, 2021, at approximately 5:18 a.m. Lori was born on June 21, 1972, in Osceola, Arkansas, to her parents, the late Reverend Frank Anderson Jr. and Gracie White Anderson.  At the time of her transition, she was 48 years, 8 months, and 4 days of age. Besides her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband Alvin Bransford and one son, Tristan Anderson.

Lori was of the Baptist Faith and attended New Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church.  She obtained a higher education with an Associate Degree in Business and Culinary Arts. Lori was a veteran in the United States Army Reserve.

Lori, a homemaker and a known sous chef, was noted for being a tough and stubborn person. She was one to always lend a helping hand to others and had a good listening ear if you needed someone to lean on.  In her spare time and for relaxation, Lori enjoyed sewing, knitting, listening to audio books, and enjoyed following politics.

Lori leaves to cherish her memory: Her Fiancé', LaQuincy Ballard of Metropolis, IL; Two Daughters, Aaliyah (TJ) Jolly of Metropolis, IL and Maurissia Anderson of Brookport, IL; Three Grandchildren, Tris Brown and Maliek Brown both of Brookport, IL and Torin Jolly of Metropolis, IL; Three Sisters, Octavia Anderson of Metropolis, IL, Dorothy Johnson of Eudora, AR and Mary Davis of Chicago, IL; Along with Several Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Friends.

There will be a private memorial on Saturday, March 6, 2021 with a family gathering being held at a later date.
