Funeral service for Lonnie E. Ross, age 78, of Paducah will be Friday, June 13, 2008, 12 o'clock noon at the Washington Street Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Raynarldo Henderson to officiate and burial to follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.

He passed away on Saturday, June 7, 2008, 10:57 A.M. at Western Baptist Hospital. He was a member of Washington Street Baptist Church where he served in the Senior Choir and Sunday School Department. He was a graduate of the former Lincoln High School and a member of Stone Square Lodge #5, F&AM where he served as Tyler, Honorary Past Master and Past Tyler of the Far Western District. He was employed for several years with the former Alden's Catalog Mail Order House in Chicago

Friends may call at the church on Friday after 10:00A.M. with special visitation from 11:00 A.M. until the funeral hour with Masonic Rites at 11:30 A.M.

Several Nieces & Nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents Howard and Gertrude Adams Ross, a sister and three brothers.

In leiu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to the Washington Street Missionary Baptist Church.
