Lois V. V. Shannon's Obituary
Lois Virginia Shannon, age 74, of Paducah, passed away Friday, April 14, 2017, 3:11 a.m., at the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center of Paducah.
Lois was a former member of Lincoln Heights Missionary Baptist Church and was a homemaker.
Lois is survived by one daughter, Linda F. Davis of Paducah; two sons, Troy Sherrell of Nashville, TN and Tracy Sherrell of Grand Chain, IL; six grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; two great great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Revie Shannon Jr.; her parents, Willie Sherrill and Gertie Mae Davis; son, Donnie R. Sherrell; one sister; and two brothers.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 22, 2017, 3:00 p.m., at Pettus-Rowland Funeral Home. Reverend Michael Wade will officiate.
Pettus-Rowland Funeral home is in charge of arrangements.
