Obituary
Lillian B. Tyler, age 61, of Paducah passed away on Wednesday, May 18, 2011, 11:10 p.m.at Lourdes Hospital.
She was a member of Ninth Street Church of Christ where she served on the culinary committee. She was employed for 22 years as a certified nurse assistant at Parkview Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.
Tyler was preceded in death by her parents Howard Troy Blue and Helen Brandon Blue and a sister.
She is survived by her Husband, Robert L. Tyler Sr., Paducah; One Daughter, LaQuenta Tyler of Paducah; Three Sons, Robert Tyler, Jerome Tyler and Donta Tyler all of Paducah; One Brother, Howard Troy Blue of Paducah; Four Sisters, Elsie Staples, Margaret C. Faulkner, Brenda Brazier and Phyllis Kilby all of Paducah; Ten Grandchildren; Three Great-Grandchildren; Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services are scheduled for Friday, May 27, 2011 1:00 P.M. at The Mt. Moriah Missionary Baptist Church with Mark Rowe officiating. Entombment will follow in Maplelawn Park Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors on Thursday, May 26, 2011 at the Ninth Street Church of Christ from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.
Friends may call on Friday at the Mt. Moriah Baptist Church after 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.
