Larry Dornell Barnes, age 63, of Paducah, passed away on Wednesday, April 3, 2019, 9:20 p.m., at the Baptist Health Paducah.

He was formerly employed at Kempac Chemical Company and worked in construction.

He is survived by Five daughters , Timeca Echols of Madison, WI, Nekesha Lowery and Jovonda Boyd both of Paducah, Saniya Davenport of Georgia, Ciara Barnes of Evansville, IN; Two sons , Kenyatuah Harris, Newburn, TN, Larry Wilson, Evansville, IN; nineteen grandchildren ; four great-grandchildren ; one sister, Elizabeth Thomas, Nashville, TN; several nieces, cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie Barnes, and Elizabeth Parchman, one daughter, Lizzie Barnes; one sister and two brothers.

Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, April 13, 2019, 11:00 a.m ., at Burks Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Church with Reverend Benessa Sweat and Reverend Charles Dunbar officiating.

Friends may call on Saturday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.
