LaCanda Duckworth Covington, 56, of Paducah passed away on Saturday, December 18, 2021, 8:02 P.M.at Baptist Health Paducah.

LaCanda was a graduate of Paducah Tilghman High School and was formerly employed at Little Kings and Queens Day Care in Paducah.

She was an outgoing person who really loved spending time with her grandchildren and helping other people.

LaCanda was preceded in death by husband, Tony Covington, her parents, Harry Brown and Hattie Mae Duckworth.

She is survived by one son, Roger Duckworth of Paducah; one grandson, Regis Duckworh of Central City, KY; two Granddaughters, Jalayah Vaughn and Naziya Vaughn, two brothers, Rudell Duckworth and Harry Duckworth all of Paducah; one sister, Peggy Hatchett of Clarksville, TN; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

A visitation only service will be held on Thursday, December 30, 2021, 11:00 a.m. until 12 Noon at Pettus Rowland Funeral Home.

All in attendance are required to wear masks.
