Kurt Patrick Johnson, age 52 of Antioch, TN went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at his residence.

Kurt's education included a 1989 graduate of Paducah Tilghman High School and went on to receive his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Kentucky in Family and Consumer Science.  He was employed by AT&T as a Customer Service Representative.

Kurt loved football with the Tennessee Titans being his favorite team, he also enjoyed music, traveling and visiting the beach. He was a great mentor, father, brother and friend.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Aaron Thomas Johnson and Shirley Elizabeth Farrow, brother, Rodney Johnson and sister Angela Johnson.

He leaves to cherish his memory; two daughters, Taryce Johnson (Danielle) and Reagan Johnson (Brandi) both of Nashville, TN; two sisters; Tisa Jones of Nashville, TN and Merilyn Halliburton of Paducah, KY; one brother; Clifton Johnson of Atlanta, GA; five nieces; Roneshia Porter and Trenicia Barker both of Memphis, TN; Marisia Barker of San Diego, CA, Jordyn Jones and Milan Ali both of Nashville, TN; four nephews; Andrew Johnson of Memphis, TN: Ronald Knight and Curtis Echols both of Las Vegas, NV and Keylan Johnson of Nashville, TN; great niece, Nya and great-nephews, Nathan, Andrew Jr., Dillion and Carter; sister-in-law , Jackie Johnson of Las Vegas, NV; step-mother, Inette Johnson of Fulton, TN; step-siblings, Mark Wayne and Sha and a host of cousins and close family friends including the Spivey, Blanks, Nunn families the SDA Crew and the Class of 1989.

A walk-thru visitation will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2023 from 12 noon until 3:00 p.m. at Greater Lincoln Heights Missionary Baptist Church located at 1324 Bloomfield Avenue here in Paducah.

A memorial service Celebrating the Life of a Legend will be held at Paducah Tilghman High School gym on March 4, 2023 time to be announced. In honor of his high school football number "4" we are asking all family and friends to wear Tilghman and UK apparel or blue and white.
