Obituary
Funeral Service for John D. Bass, 82, Paducah, will be Saturday, August 30, 2008, 11:00 A.M., at Pettus-Rowland Funeral Home. Reverend Alfred Anderson will officiate, and burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.
Mr. Bass died at Western Baptist Hospital on Tuesday, August 25, 2008, at 12:36 A.M.
Friends may call at the Funeral Home on Saturday morning from 10:00 A.M. until the funeral hour.
John was of the Baptist faith and was formerly employed as a truck driver for the May-flower Moving Company.
He is survived by several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father and mother Annie Mae Johnson.
