Jerome Albert Young, age 57, of Paducah, passed away Sunday, January 31, 2018, 1:20 a.m., at the University of Kentucky Health Care Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky.

He is survived by one daughter , LaQuan Saeko of Des Moines, IA and one son , Jacob JaMarcus Snorton of Granite City, IL; one grandson ; two sisters , Sharon Hamm and JoAnn Kindle, both of Paducah, KY; two brothers , Larry Young and Robert Young, both of Paducah; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins .

He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank Pete Young and Marjorie Woodson Young, one sister, and one brother.

Funeral services have been scheduled for Thursday, February 8, 2018, 1:00 p.m., at Pettus-Rowland Funeral Home with Reverend Michael Wade officiating.

Friends may also call at the funeral home on Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.
