Jennifer Lynn Shelton shook the hand of her Heavenly Father as she transitioned into eternal rest on Monday May 15, 2023 at approximately 5:44 p.m. at Baptist Health Paducah. She closed her eyes and entered into her most glorious and new residence. At the time of her arrival at her Heavenly Home, Jennifer was at the blessed age of 52 years, 10 months and 19 days. She was born June 26, 1970, in Mayfield, KY, to the parentage of Sam Beasley and Jerrelldeane Shelton.

Je nnifer was a member of New Visions Ministries of Mayfield. She received an associate degree in business administration from Mid-Continent College and was a former store manager of West Side Service Station in Mayfield.

Jennifer was a jokester who loved to cook, work, dance, sing, and watch Lifetime movies. She was very particular about her appearance; therefore, her mascara and eyelashes were always picture-perfect. She adored her children and grandchildren. Jennifer was known to always "speak her mind" with both sincerity and love. All in all, Jennifer was very charismatic individual.

Jennifer leaves to cherish her earthly life : Two Sons , Stanford Shelton and Terrence Shelton, both of Mayfield, KY; Seven Grandchildren ; Two Sisters , Kimberly Shelton Hartsfield of Mayfield, KY and Cicely Shelton of Paducah, KY; Four Brothers , Cameron Beasley, Antwon Beasley and Anthony Beasley all of Cape Girardeau, MO and Tracey Beasley of Fort Wayne, IN ; Three Aunts , Rosa Lynn, Sheryl Shelton, and Suzanne Shelton, all of Mayfield, KY; One Special Niece , Lakene Shelton of Mayfield, KY; Several Nephews , Cousins , and Friends , including a Very Special Friend , David Ross of Mayfield, KY.

Jennifer was preceded in death by her parents; her maternal grandparents, William and Grace Shelton; two uncles, Walter Shelton and William Shandy Shelton and one aunt, Earlene Shelton.

Memorial services will be held on Monday, May 22, 2023. 2:00 p.m. at New Visions Ministries in Mayfield with Reverend Greg Hussey officiating.

There will be no visitation.
