Jean Frances Kizer Davis, 65, Paducah, died Monday, February 8, 2010, 9:35 p.m., at Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah.
Jean was a former member of Harrison Street Missionary Baptist Church. She also worked as a cook at the Pork Peddler Restaurant.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Kizer, Sr. and Eula Mae Grubbs Kizer and her son Randy Earl Rouse.
Jean is survived by three sons, Clifton L. Chappell, Dallas, TX, John Davis, and James Davis, both of Paducah; one daughter Karen E. Davis, Paducah; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; five sisters, Mary Kizer, Paducah; Betty Kirby, Louisville, KY; Carrie Kizer, Shreveport, LA; Mattie Holman, Gary, IN; and Birdie Sadberry, Ft. Worth, TX; two brothers, Ernest Kizer, Paducah, and Don Kizer, Hinesville, GA; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 13, 2010, at Ninth Street Tabernacle, Ministries, 800 North 9th street, Paducah, with Elder Barbara Burrage and Reverend W.G. Harvey officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery in Paducah.
The family will receive visitors from 12:00 noon until the funeral hour, Saturday, February 13, 2010, at the church.
