Jean Louise Kelly, 72 years, 9 months, and 25 days old, entered into eternal rest at 5:35 A.M. on Tuesday, May 11, 2010, at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah. Jean was born July 16, 1937 in Paducah, Kentucky, to the late Hoovis Kelly and Roberta Young Kelly. She was lovingly nurtured and raised by Ovivian Neece whom she respectfully called "Momma Lou". She was preceded in death by her step-parents, S. E. Neece and Ovivian Neece, one brother, Horace "Billy" Beasley.

Jean was a faithful member of 9th Street Tabernacle Ministries, where she served on the Usher Board, Culinary Committee, Birthday Card Committee, and was an Honorary Member of the Mother's Board. Jean faithfully attended the Tuesday's Heavenly Seniors. She Graduated from Lincoln High School and Draughon's Business College. She retired as a bookkeeper from Perry's Woman's Apparel Store, downtown Paducah. Jean was a former member of Pamper Inc. and The American Business Women's Organization.

During Jean tenure at Draughon's Business College, she was the proud winner of the Nancy Taylor's Award, which was a trip to the Bahamas.
