Obituary
James Dean Karpik, age 60 of Vienna, Illinois passed away, Friday, September 9, 2016 at Lourdes Hospital of Paducah at approximately 9:27 a.m.
He was of the Christian faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents Michael Karpik and LaDonna Evans; sister Christine Karpik, two brothers Gary Karpik and Andy Evans.
Survivors include one son; Woody J. Karpick of Vienna; one Step – Daughter Amanda Henderson of Waynesville, NC; one brother Michael Karpik of Gary Indiana.
James liked carpentry, fishing and all outdoor activities such as walking in the woods. He was a loveable man who cared about his family with a good heart and sense of humor.
There will be no services.
